You can return your orders to us within 365 days for a full refund.
We can only refund products that were returned in perfect, unused, and resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging. Please take care to keep everything, including the outer box or wrapper, when deciding whether to keep your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items with return labels affixed directly to the product packaging, as they are no longer resellable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at info@minidream.co.uk and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Our team will assist you promptly by providing a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
Eligibility:
Our return policy applies to all items purchased from our online store and shipped within the UK. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. MiniDream cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items. Additionally, items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.
