Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at info@minidream.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Our team will assist you promptly by providing a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds beyond this timeframe.
Eligibility:
Our return policy applies to all items purchased from our online store and shipped within the UK. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. MiniDream cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items. Additionally, items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.
Faulty Items:
